Meet Our Founder

Theo is the Founder and Trainer of SET Services, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, and educational leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Management and is a Massachusetts-licensed Principal/Assistant Principal and ESL educator.

Throughout her career, Theo has served as a classroom teacher, ESL teacher, Lead Teacher, and Instructional Coach with Worcester Public Schools. Her experience in educational leadership, language development, teacher coaching, literacy instruction, and classroom management has equipped her to support students, educators, and leaders in reaching their goals.

Theo is also a certified Fundations Facilitator and Wilson Reading System teacher. She is passionate about identifying barriers to growth and helping individuals and organizations develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful and sustainable improvement.

Known for being personable, meticulous, creative, dependable, and solutions-focused, Theo brings both excellence and genuine care to those she serves. Her work has consistently focused on strengthening student achievement, behavior, educator effectiveness, and leadership capacity.

Beyond education, Theo has served in several ministry roles, including church leadership, Stephen Ministry, Bible study teaching, and GriefShare facilitation. Her faith is central to who she is, and one of her greatest joys is worshiping her Audience of One.
