The Team

 Theo is the founder and trainer at SET Services, LLC. She  has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership & Management and over 20 years of teaching, training and coaching experience.

In addition to founding SET Services, LLC, Theo has been a classroom teacher, ESL teacher, Lead Teacher and an Instructional Coach in Worcester Public Schools.  Theo also served as a Deacon Board member in her Church, serves as a Stephen Minister, a Bible study teacher and a GriefShare Facilitator.  Aside from all of these, her favorite thing to do is worship her Audience of One, every chance she gets.

She uses her knowledge and experience in educational leadership, language development, coaching teachers, and classroom management to promote and fortify growth and development of educational leaders and students to sharpen their leadership skills, problem-solving, collaboration, facilitation, reflection, action planning, and plan execution.

Theo is a personable, meticulous, responsible, dedicated, creative, and hardworking professional, who is a  problem solver, respectful, and trustworthy with an open mind. She is known for improving student performance and behavior.

Theo is an MA licensed Principal/Assistant Principal and ESL teacher in the PreK-6 school systems.  She is a certified Fundations facilitator and a Wilson Reading System teacher.  Theo believes that "if it must be done, it must be done well".
