Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to relate and work effectively with people from different nationalities, ethnicities, age groups, and backgrounds. This is a 15 PDP course with 3 face to face sessions (3 hours each) with a case study and action plan as end product. This is specifically tailored to the needs of school administrators and other mangers. Knowing your biases and prejudices will enable you deal with them and work with every staff under your command with respect.
Workshop for Teachers
Just as the adminstrators' workshop, this is also a 15 PDP course with 3 face to face sessions (3 hours each) with a case study and action plan as end product. Participants the skill to develop cultural intelligence because CQ is an ongoing education. The workshop is tailored specifically for teachers and other school personnel to help meet the needs of every student and to bridge any communication gap that may exist between school/work and home.
